A felony arrest is one of the most stressful events a family can face. Bond amounts are higher, the consequences of missing court are more severe, and the paperwork — especially for serious or violent charges — is unforgiving. Faroy Bail Bonds has been posting felony bonds in Miami for more than forty years. We know the judges, we know the jails, and we know what it takes to bring someone home quickly.
Felony charges we handle
We post bonds for every category of state felony in Florida, including:
- Drug trafficking, possession with intent, and other controlled-substance felonies
- Weapons charges, including carrying a concealed firearm and aggravated assault with a firearm
- White-collar offenses — fraud, money laundering, grand theft, identity theft
- Violent crimes — aggravated battery, robbery, home invasion, kidnapping
- Sex offenses and felony domestic violence
- Burglary, grand larceny, and felony property crimes
- RICO, organized crime, and complex multi-count indictments
How fast can we post a felony bond?
Once the bond is set, we begin paperwork immediately. For straightforward state felonies at TGK or Metro West, the bond is typically posted within 1–2 hours of payment, with release following 12–24 hours later. Larger or no-collateral bonds may require additional underwriting, which we handle in parallel.
What does a felony bond cost?
Florida sets the bail bond premium at 10% of the bond amount, with a $100 minimum — per charge. On a $50,000 felony bond, the premium is $5,000. If there are multiple charges, the 10% (or $100 minimum) is calculated on each one and added together. Faroy Bail Bonds offers flexible payment plans and, in qualifying cases, can write bonds without collateral.
