Faroy Bail Bonds is a father-and-son team. Emilio Faroy founded the firm in Miami in 1984; his son, Gabriell Salgado, serves as Vice President. Between the two of them, every phone call, every signing, and every posting at the jail is handled personally — the way it has been for forty years.

Emilio Faroy founded Faroy Bail Bonds in Miami more than four decades ago. With more than 40 years of bail bond experience, Emilio is a fixture at TGK, the Pre-Trial Detention Center, and Metro West, and is licensed by the Florida Department of Financial Services under Bail Bond License #A081130.

Emilio is a member of the American Bail Agents Coalition, the Professional Bail Agents of the United States (PBUS), and the Florida Bail Agents Association. Faroy Bail Bonds is an accredited business of the BBB of Southeast Florida.

Gabriell Salgado, Vice President

Gabriell Salgado serves as Vice President and is the second-generation steward of the firm's reputation. Bilingual, highly responsive, and deeply experienced in both state and federal bond work, Gabriell handles complex underwriting, federal bond coordination, and the daily client relationships that have earned Faroy its 5-star Google rating.
